SAN PEDRO, Calif., September 3, 2013 - PhotoSpin, www.photospin.com, a leading provider of stock photography by subscription adds mouth-watering food photos to their collection by Italian photographer, Francesco Perre. Francesco was born in Venice, Italy and is currently living in Shanghai, China. He started working in the photography business at the young age of 15 after his father died and he was forced, by circumstances, to find a job. Luckily Francesco had a good friend at the time whose father was a food photographer and offered him the opportunity to earn some extra income as one of his assistants. He had no knowledge or special interest in photography at the time. He even hated the job at the very beginning because he had to carry all the heavy equipment around and was always getting blamed for things for no apparent reason. But as he became more involved in the job and learned more about photography he began to like it. He now feels lucky to have stumbled upon photography at that point in time. Originally, Francesco wanted to be a doctor but changed his plans and studied mechanical engineering instead. He never got the chance to work in that field because he found photography before he finished his studies. Unlike his friends who work in offices and look forward to retirement, it has never crossed Francesco's mind. He hopes he can spend the rest of his days with his camera until his very last breath.
"I still see photography the same way I did when I started approximately 28 years ago - it is beautiful. It doesn't feel like a job to me. Instead, I feel the fun and enjoyment." said Francesco Perre.
Francesco's images can be accessed through a PhotoSpin subscription service.
